IT"S A ........

Thought i should make you all wait since this is the last time i will get to share exciting news like this---- well it's a boy and a girl!  We are so excited as they have gotten so big since the last ultrasound.  It is amazing how you can tell so much before they even arrive.  We are thankful that after all of the measuring and testing that all is well with the little ones.  I didn't not realize I was heading on an age were they really start to do a lot of testing- we are so blessed to see the little ones growing and both are about the same size weighing 1 pound each.  No wonder I am starting to feel like there is a lot of baby there!  Samuel and Amelia went with me and Darcy to the ultrasound- Samuel is most excited about the babies and was glad Amelia will get a sister and he gets to have  a younger brother!  The little boy did not put on much of a show this time- did a couple of flips and that was about it- the little girl however was determined to make up for sleeping through the last ultrasound- she did what looked like peek a boo for the camera- she would cover her face with her hands and then move then- she did this three or four times- Amelia and Samuel really got a kick out of this.  Walt was at school so he missed all the excitement- come to think of it i don't think he is really all that interested- he wants to know when they will be here and how it is going to affect him spending the summer with his Nana and Papa. Yikes we will cross that bridge later.  On another non baby note- Walt got his art work from school entered in  a show at the local library.  He is such a fun kid to raise as he is awesome at math and art- two things i so stink at- it is fun to enjoy his success.  Tonight was hilarious as we totally gave into the craziness that has become our lives- i think we were in a time warp because of of the sudden it is 7:30 and no one has been feed and no homework done- i guess i was just embracing the carefree days of spring too much.  As for Darcy i think that he is in such shock about having five children that he might not have noticed if we skipped dinner- haha

That is so exciting! How fun to have one of each. That's exactly what my cousin had last month too. I was just feeding Sophie today thinking, "I am so tired of feeding her nonstop." and then I thought about you. Girl, just get a lot of sleep now. Congrats!!!!
